Organizing the work of management

Distributing incoming mail to staff in the Villa Tobler.
Sorting and preparing materials, coordinating appointments and planning use of the meeting room on behalf of management. Drawing up the minutes of the management meeting. Preparing invitations and organizing receptions for the Director.

Minuting meetings of the board of the Zürcher Kunstgesellschaft and the programme committee. Organizing the New Year reception of the Zürcher Kunstgesellschaft as well as refreshments after the general meeting and board meetings.

Providing secretarial services to the Erna and Curt Burgauer Foundation. Collating and processing applications for support for the meetings, notifying applicants of decisions and follow-up.
Minuting meetings of the Roswitha Haftmann Foundation, planning and organizing the annual award ceremony with the Chairman.

Organizing business travel for the management and curators.

Rentals involving the lecture hall and the Bel Etage in the Villa Tobler: arranging viewings with interested parties, coordinating events, drafting contracts, documenting agreements and detailed planning of events with technical services. Drawing up support rosters and informing internal parties involved.
