A special presentation from the collection, accompanied by some spectacular loans, is currently on display on the first floor of the old building. Works include Giorgio de Chirico’s historically influential ‘The Disquieting Muses’ (1918) and five female figures made from marble, wood and bronze by Vincenzo Vela, Auguste Rodin, Marino Marini, Rebecca Warren and Alberto Giacometti. There are also pieces by Angelika Kauffmann, Hans Jakob Oeri, Arnold Böcklin, Salvador Dalí, Constantin Brancusi and others.
